Water’s Edge is a Health Care Center that offers both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Extended Congregate Care. Water’s Edge is committed to providing quality care to residents with long-term needs as well as short-term rehabilitation after a hospitalization. Our Skilled Nursing Facility is one of only 13 in the state to be a recipient of the Gold Seal Award which is given by the Governor’s Panel on Excellence in Long Term Care
